Multi‑Skilled Plumber – Permanent, Berkshire

About the role

We are seeking an experienced multi‑skilled plumber to join our domestic maintenance team on a permanent basis in Berkshire. You will deliver high‑quality repair services to customers across the area, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practice.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of carpentry, plumbing and masonry tasks both internally and externally.
• Adhere to building regulations, codes of practice and health & safety legislation.
• Use a Schedule of Rates for job costing and ensure accurate repair orders.
• Respond to out‑of‑hours emergency call‑outs as required.
• Record job progress, timesheets and material usage via smart phone/tablet.
• Procure materials from approved suppliers and maintain a well‑stocked van.
• Keep the works vehicle clean, safe and report any defects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in plumbing, carpentry and masonry across various property types.
• Minimum NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent time‑served experience) in relevant trades.
• Clean full driving licence.
• Willingness to undergo a funded Basic DBS check.
