Branch Manager Designate

About the role

The Branch Manager Designate will lead a Travis Perkins branch in Bracknell, driving operational effectiveness and delivering first‑class service to customers. You will be responsible for safety, cost control and commercial performance while supporting the company’s Doing What Matters strategy at a local level.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop the branch team to achieve the highest standards of customer service.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, understanding their needs and providing expert advice to maximise sales.
• Ensure safety policies are followed so colleagues and customers leave the branch safely.
• Commercially manage all aspects of the branch, including cost control and profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with both customers and colleagues to drive business growth.
