Multi‑Trade Operative – Plumber/Carpenter

About the role

We are looking for a Multi‑Trade Operative who can work as both a plumber and carpenter, delivering first‑class service to our residential properties in Chichester and the surrounding area.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance, responsive repairs and void works across a portfolio of properties.
• Perform property MOT inspections and ensure all specialist‑trade tasks are completed to standard.
• Undertake secondary trade work as required, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Use a company‑provided van and tools to travel between sites safely.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a plumber and carpenter, with the ability to handle additional trades.
• Reliable, customer‑focused attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Valid UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
• Willingness to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
