National Account Executive - On-Trade Specialist

About the Role
Join Vinarchy, a global wine powerhouse born from the merger of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard Winemakers, to redefine the wine industry. As a National Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth within the On-Trade segment, managing key distribution partnerships and ensuring our exceptional portfolio reaches the finest venues across the country.
Main Missions
- Manage daily relationships with distribution partners and end-clients within the On-Trade segment.
- Oversee account administration, including pricing and promotional tracking via Anaplan.
- Drive business development and manage GP budgets to ensure sustainable profitability.
- Collaborate closely with Channel Controllers, National On-Trade accounts, and the Trade Marketing Manager.
- Work with the Category Insight team to optimize listings and promotional strategies.
- Conduct regular site visits to key points of sale to ensure flawless execution of the business plan.
- Provide accurate reporting, forecasting, and strategic follow-up.
Profile Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a National Account Executive within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record in On-Trade account management with direct P&L responsibility.
- Strong commercial acumen with advanced sales and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex forecasting and data.
- A genuine passion for the wine industry and premium products.
- Proactive communicator capable of building long-term, professional relationships.
