National Sales Manager - FinTech

About the role

We are partnering with a market‑leading FinTech company to launch an outbound sales push across the UK. The National Sales Manager will own the full sales cycle, driving new business and managing key accounts in a fast‑moving SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Foster and develop strong relationships with key accounts.
• Identify new leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct outbound and inbound sales activities, including product demos.
• Implement cross‑selling and upselling techniques.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Participate in site visits to strengthen client connections.
• Deliver engaging sales pitches and demonstrations in person or over the phone.
• Monitor competitor activity and report market developments.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets.
• Engage in continuous learning and product training.
• Cold‑call potential clients and generate phone leads.
• Act ethically and responsibly at all times.
• Perform other duties as agreed with the line manager.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the financial services industry.
• Proven sales and business development track record.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation and conversion capabilities.
• Self‑starter comfortable managing the full sales cycle.
• Willingness to travel UK‑wide for site visits.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and professionalism.
