NetSuite Account Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a leading NetSuite Partner in the Enterprise Financial Services sector. The NetSuite Account Manager will own a portfolio of enterprise customers, build trusted relationships, and drive long‑term client success.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of enterprise Financial Services customers.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Drive account growth through upselling, cross‑selling, and identifying new opportunities.
• Lead account planning, commercial reviews, and renewal discussions.
• Collaborate closely with delivery and consulting teams to ensure exceptional outcomes.
• Align NetSuite solutions with customer business objectives.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline activity.
• Stay up‑to‑date with NetSuite product developments and industry trends.

Required profile

• Commercially focused with experience managing ERP or SaaS customer relationships.
• Proven background in Account Management, Customer Success, or ERP sales.
• Experience working with enterprise‑level customers, preferably in Financial Services.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proactive, customer‑first attitude with the ability to build long‑term partnerships.
