Network Administrator

About the role

GXO Logistics is seeking a Network Administrator to support its Equipment Management network for Asda and Sainsbury’s sites. Based in Waltham Abbey, this full‑time, permanent position focuses on day‑to‑day administrative activities across payroll, finance and HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity of payroll systems by reviewing and resolving daily exceptions.
• Raise and process all payroll starters, changes and leavers within required deadlines.
• Build and sustain strong working relationships with site teams, HR, Finance and the wider regional team.
• Produce timely reports covering financial, payroll, overtime, HR and agency hours as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an administrative function (desirable).
• PC literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident logical problem‑solving approach.

Required skills

• Computer literacy (PC proficient).
