New Business Corporate Sales Executive

About the role

As a New Business Corporate Sales Executive you will drive growth for a leading provider of psychometric tools. Working from our Reading office, you will build your own pipeline, nurture prospects and close deals across a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, referrals, events and targeted outreach.
• Conduct discovery meetings, craft tailored proposals and present solutions to decision‑makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share leads, coordinate delivery and secure new business.
• Represent the company at conferences and explore new market opportunities.
• Record lead activity and provide regular feedback to management.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent work experience.
• Self‑motivated, commercially minded and comfortable with a consultative sales approach.
• Proven ability to work independently and think creatively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
