New Car Sales Manager – Citroen & Fiat

About the role

We are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead our Citroen and Fiat sales operations in Birmingham. Working closely with the sales team, you will drive performance, ensure exceptional customer service and develop your staff to achieve business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and maintain all relevant budgetary controls.
• Manage departmental deadlines while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, select and onboard new talent for the sales department.
• Develop and support team members to achieve individual and business goals.
• Deliver sales targets and contribute to overall dealership performance.
