New Car Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to join our Birmingham dealership. You will work closely with the sales team to drive new‑vehicle sales, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and develop a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and maintain budgetary controls for the new‑car sales department.
• Manage departmental deadlines and uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, select and onboard new sales talent.
• Develop and support team members to achieve individual and business targets.
• Deliver best‑in‑class sales performance and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new‑car or automotive sales management.
• Excellent communication and planning abilities.
• Passion for delivering top‑tier customer service.
• Strong desire to coach and grow team members.
