About the role

Join Agincare as a Night Care Assistant and help residents enjoy comfort, dignity and joy during the night hours. You will work in a supportive team environment, providing essential personal care and companionship throughout the shift.

Key responsibilities

Deliver personal care and support to residents during night shifts.
Administer and accurately record medication.
Assist with daily living activities such as toileting and dressing.
Encourage social engagement and promote well‑being.
Uphold dignity, independence and person‑centred care standards.

Required profile

Kind, compassionate and enjoys working with people.
Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
Willingness to work alternate weekends and night hours.

Required skills

Ability to administer and record medication safely.
Basic understanding of personal care procedures.

What we offer

£12.76 per hour.
24‑hour contract with alternate weekends.
Funded training up to QCF Level 5.
Refer‑a‑Friend bonus up to £1,000.
Blue Light Card discounts, company pension and on‑demand pay.
