Night Care Assistant – Part‑time

About the role
Join Agincare as a Night Care Assistant and help residents enjoy comfort, dignity and joy during the night hours. You will work in a supportive team environment, providing essential personal care and companionship throughout the shift.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personal care and support to residents during night shifts.
- Administer and accurately record medication.
- Assist with daily living activities such as toileting and dressing.
- Encourage social engagement and promote well‑being.
- Uphold dignity, independence and person‑centred care standards.
Required profile
- Kind, compassionate and enjoys working with people.
- Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
- Willingness to work alternate weekends and night hours.
Required skills
- Ability to administer and record medication safely.
- Basic understanding of personal care procedures.
What we offer
- £12.76 per hour.
- 24‑hour contract with alternate weekends.
- Funded training up to QCF Level 5.
- Refer‑a‑Friend bonus up to £1,000.
