About the role

The Night In‑Room Dining Waiter/Waitress will join the In‑Room Dining team at Jumeirah Carlton Tower, delivering premium food and beverage service to guests during night shifts. This role focuses on providing a seamless, high‑quality experience that reflects the hotel’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and process guest in‑room dining orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of high‑quality food and beverage items.
• Provide personalized and attentive service, addressing guest preferences and special requests.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen to guarantee accurate and timely preparation of orders.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the room service menu and assist guests in their selections.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, offering proactive solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Uphold high standards of presentation and service etiquette when delivering orders to guest rooms.

Required profile

• Previous experience in in‑room dining or food and beverage service within a luxury 5‑star hotel.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and courteous manner.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple orders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail in order presentation and adherence to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and varied hours.
