Night Production Operative – Manufacturing

About the role
We are looking for a Night Production Operative to join our Brighter Foods site in Tywyn. Working on a 4‑on‑4‑off night shift, you will support the full production process, from weighing raw ingredients to palletising the finished snack bars, ensuring efficiency and safety throughout.
Key responsibilities
- Weigh and dispense ingredients accurately for each batch.
- Operate and monitor production machinery and processing lines.
- Maintain product flow, perform in‑process checks and record data.
- Palletise and label finished products for warehouse dispatch.
- Follow health, safety and hygiene standards, reporting any issues.
- Assist with cleaning and routine maintenance of equipment.
Required profile
- Willingness to work night shifts on a 4‑on‑4‑off pattern.
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting and repetitive tasks.
- Attention to detail and commitment to low waste production.
- Team‑oriented attitude and ability to follow instructions.
Required skills
- Operating production machinery.
- Using weighing scales and measuring equipment.
- Palletising and handling finished goods.
