Night Reception Host (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Night Reception Host you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving after hours, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable throughout their stay. You will work in a vibrant, fast‑growing hospitality group that values personality, creativity and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in guests during night shifts, providing a warm and professional welcome.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, drinks and light snacks with efficiency and flair.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet for the following morning, ensuring all items are ready and presented.
• Oversee the night operation of the property, handling any guest requests or issues that arise.
• Perform end‑of‑day closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
• Share local recommendations and insider tips to enhance the guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry (experience level not strictly defined).
• Comfortable working night shifts and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Reliable, multitasking, and eager to learn.
• Empathetic, friendly, with a good sense of humour.
• Team‑oriented and able to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
• Fluent English communication skills.
