About the role
Join the front‑desk team at ibis London Heathrow Airport and ensure guests enjoy a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience during the night hours. You will be the first point of contact for late‑arriving visitors and the key person responsible for closing the day’s operations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct the nightly audit, reconcile all transactions and prepare reports for management.
- Welcome guests during late hours, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Handle payment transactions, including credit‑card processing and billing accuracy.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, security and other departments to resolve issues.
- Monitor the front‑desk area for cleanliness and report any suspicious activity.
- Perform any additional tasks required during the night shift.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently during night hours.
- Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Experience with credit‑card processing and payment handling.
- Familiarity with nightly audit and financial reconciliation.
