Night Shift On‑Site Supervisor – Darlington

About the role

We are seeking a Night Shift On‑Site Supervisor to lead the operational delivery and workforce management for our client in Darlington. The role runs from 10 pm to 6 am, Monday‑Friday, with flexibility for additional shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage workload and labour deployment across the night shift.
• Motivate and manage the workforce to achieve operational targets.
• Maintain daily liaison with Team Leaders and Managers.
• Attend management meetings and report on performance.
• Train and develop new starters.
• Produce accurate daily MIA reports.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Effective multitasking and problem‑solving attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
