About the role
We are seeking a Night Shift On‑Site Supervisor to lead the operational delivery and workforce management for our client in Darlington. The role runs from 10 pm to 6 am, Monday‑Friday, with flexibility for additional shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and manage workload and labour deployment across the night shift.
- Motivate and manage the workforce to achieve operational targets.
- Maintain daily liaison with Team Leaders and Managers.
- Attend management meetings and report on performance.
- Train and develop new starters.
- Produce accurate daily MIA reports.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective multitasking and problem‑solving attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
