Night Shift Production Operative – Injection Moulding

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Night Shift Production Operative to join an established injection‑moulding business in Waterlooville. The role runs from 10 pm to 6 am, Monday to Friday, offering a stable full‑time schedule with the possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Follow detailed production procedures to operate machinery safely.
• Perform quality control checks on all goods produced.
• Package finished products securely and efficiently.
• Complete required paperwork accurately for each shift.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Good communication skills and a reliable, punctual work ethic.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
• Previous experience in injection moulding is desirable but not mandatory.
