Night Shift Production Operative – Injection Moulding

About the role
We are seeking a reliable Night Shift Production Operative to join an established injection‑moulding business in Waterlooville. The role runs from 10 pm to 6 am, Monday to Friday, offering a stable full‑time schedule with the possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Follow detailed production procedures to operate machinery safely.
- Perform quality control checks on all goods produced.
- Package finished products securely and efficiently.
- Complete required paperwork accurately for each shift.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Good communication skills and a reliable, punctual work ethic.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in injection moulding is desirable but not mandatory.
