Night Shift Team Member – Hotel

About the role

Join the Premier Inn team in Newquay (Quintrell Downs) as a Nights Team Member. You will be the primary point of contact for overnight guests, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the hotel and guest areas during night hours.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service to overnight guests.
• Maintain health and safety standards and respond to any incidents.
• Assist guests with check‑in/check‑out, enquiries and any issues that arise.
• Ensure the property is secure and ready for the next day’s operations.

Required profile

• Calm and approachable personality.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work night shifts and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Over 18 years of age.
• No prior experience required – training will be provided.
