Nightshift Warehouse Operative / Driver

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative / Driver to join our growing team. This hands‑on role combines warehouse operations with driving duties, ensuring stock is handled safely and orders are delivered accurately during the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack and load stock and customer orders accurately, support stock control and prepare goods for dispatch.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks and forklifts (where licensed) and maintain a clean, organised warehouse.
• Transport products using company vehicles, complete daily vehicle checks and deliver goods to customers on schedule.
• Provide excellent customer service, follow health & safety procedures and complete required paperwork.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence (3.5T or 7.5T where required) and GCSE‑level education.
• Experience handling heavy or bulky products in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work accurately under pressure and follow health & safety procedures.
• Team player with a positive attitude, reliable and flexible to work night‑shift schedule.

Required skills

• Operation of pallet trucks and forklifts (licensed).
• Use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Basic IT/computer skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
