Ready to take the next step in your personal injury career? We are looking for an Assistant Lawyer to join our Multi‑Track Accident team in Birmingham. This full‑time position offers the chance to manage a varied caseload of multi‑track personal injury matters while developing your own files.

Key responsibilities

• Support a mixed caseload of intermediate, non‑issued personal injury claims.
• Progress to handling issued matters as experience grows.
• Work closely with senior colleagues throughout the full lifecycle of complex claims, from instruction to settlement.
• Maintain accurate case records using our case management system.

Required profile

• Fee‑earning experience in personal injury or similar litigation.
• Ability to manage your own caseload or assist on litigated matters.
• Understanding of the litigation process, with fast‑track or intermediate track experience preferred.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a professional, empathetic client approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case management systems.
