NQ Property Litigation Solicitor – Hybrid, Southampton

About the role

We are seeking a motivated NQ‑to‑3 PQE Property Litigation Solicitor to join our growing legal team in Southampton. The role offers hybrid working and the chance to manage a varied, high‑quality caseload for private clients, developers, investors and landowners.

Key responsibilities

• Handle landlord‑tenant disputes, including dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture and lease covenant breaches.
• Manage development land and property contract disputes.
• Deal with telecom‑related property matters.
• Provide commercially focused advice and build strong client relationships.
• Work independently on your own caseload while receiving support from senior lawyers.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with up to 3 years post‑qualification experience in contentious property law.
• Proactive, commercially minded and eager to develop within a supportive team.
• Excellent communication and client‑service skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of landlord‑tenant law, dilapidations and lease enforcement.
• Experience with development land and property contract disputes.
• Understanding of telecom‑related property issues.
