Nurse Trainer – Medical Law Services

About the role

The Medical Law Services team is looking for a Nurse Trainer to develop and deliver educational programmes that enhance nursing expertise, support professional growth, and ensure high‑quality service delivery across our hybrid offices.

Key responsibilities

• Support the onboarding and training of new starters during a 12‑week probation period.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programmes.
• Create and maintain training reference guides, how‑to documentation, and best‑practice resources.
• Assist staff in using internal AI systems such as MeRMAIDD.
• Mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of lifelong learning.
• Deliver classroom training aligned with healthcare standards and NICE guidelines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with relevant legal and nursing practice developments.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience in an NHS or clinical setting.
• Registered with the NMC.
• 6‑12 months experience working in pagination processes.
• Excellent presentation skills and confidence in a training environment.
• Highly motivated, organised, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Effective team player with the ability to work remotely.
