Nursery Nurse – Flexible Temporary Childcare Role

About the role

Join Tinies Brighton’s temporary nursery supply desk and provide flexible childcare support to nurseries across East and West Sussex. You will work on a shift‑by‑shift basis from Monday to Friday, with options for morning, lunchtime, afternoon or full‑day placements between 8 am and 6 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality care to children in temporary nursery settings.
• Cover shifts of at least 4 hours, matching the hours that suit your availability.
• Maintain a current DBS check on the update service.
• Collaborate with the Tinies team to ensure smooth staffing for partner nurseries.

Required profile

• Level 2 qualification or higher in childcare.
• Verified childcare work experience.
• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Ability to obtain or hold a DBS check on the update service.
