Nursery Practitioner – Caring Role in Croydon

About the role
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our Croydon nursery. You will work alongside qualified staff to create a safe, stimulating and loving environment where babies and young children can thrive.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with personal care for babies and young children.
- Support play and learning activities appropriate to each developmental stage.
- Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents and carers.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety procedures at all times.
- Participate in team meetings and nursery events as required.
Required profile
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare/EYFS.
- Genuine passion for working with babies and young children.
- Reliable, caring and able to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop early years care skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing situations.
