Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 (Early Years Educator)

About the role

Join Busy Bees, the UK's leading nursery group, as a Nursery Practitioner Level 3 at our Weymouth site. You will support children’s intellectual, social and emotional development within a Good‑rated, year‑round nursery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare materials and arrange rooms to create a safe, stimulating environment for children’s growth and learning.
• Plan and deliver activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to support physical, emotional, intellectual and social development.
• Act as the Key Person, overseeing each child’s development, care needs and building strong relationships with families.

Required profile

• Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under five years old.
• Strong interest in early childhood education and care.

Required skills

• Good communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
