Occupational Health MSK Physiotherapist – Part‑time Contractor

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Occupational Health MSK Physiotherapist to provide a one‑day‑per‑week onsite musculoskeletal service for a major corporate client in the Gloucester area. This part‑time contract role involves delivering expert assessment, diagnosis and treatment for employees, as well as supporting workplace health initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments of musculoskeletal disorders and deliver appropriate treatment.
• Classify disorders and produce detailed fitness‑for‑work reports.
• Perform DSE and ergonomic risk assessments, identify hazards and recommend adjustments.
• Contribute to health‑promotion events and collect data to evaluate service effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and management reports.

Required profile

• Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Minimum two years post‑graduate clinical experience, including at least two years specialising in musculoskeletal disorders.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in IT for clinical record keeping.
• Experience providing fitness‑for‑work advice and basic workplace ergonomics.
