Occupational Health Physiotherapist – Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a passionate musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist to join a leading Occupational Health provider in Barrow‑in‑Furness. The role is permanent, full‑time and based on‑site, offering the chance to develop expertise in occupational health within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions for employees.
• Design and deliver evidence‑based rehabilitation programmes for work‑related and non‑work‑related injuries.
• Provide fitness‑for‑work advice and recommend workplace adjustments.
• Conduct Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments (training provided).
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service reporting.
• Support workplace health promotion and wellbeing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the occupational health team to facilitate safe return‑to‑work.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration.
• Experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy or a strong interest in specialising in this area.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
• Good IT proficiency; full UK driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessment competency.
