About the Role
Join a rapidly growing specialist secured lender in Cheadle. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant to play a dual role: providing high-level strategic support to our Managing Director and ensuring the seamless daily operation of our office environment.
Main Missions
- Executive Support: Manage the Managing Director's complex agenda, prioritize workflows, prepare for high-level meetings, and coordinate both internal and external engagements.
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including supply procurement, visitor reception, and team coordination to maintain a professional workspace.
- Governance & Administration: Provide critical support to the Board and management meetings through precise minute-taking and diligent action tracking.
- HR & Culture: Lead the onboarding and offboarding processes and organize corporate events and team incentive programs to foster a positive company culture.
- Financial Administration: Assist with essential financial tasks including issuing purchase orders, validating invoices, and managing expense reports.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a dual Executive Assistant and Office Management role.
- Exceptional discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- A proactive "can-do" attitude with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to task prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-oriented mindset.
