One-Day Porter – Immediate Start, £13/hr

About the role
This is a one‑day, immediate‑start porter assignment in Pangbourne, Reading. You will help a premium service provider move students’ belongings between boarding schools across the UK, working early in the morning for approximately eight hours.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and transport students’ personal items and luggage.
- Handle, load, and store boxes safely.
- Support moves for boarding schools throughout the UK.
- Ensure safe handling of heavy items and maintain a tidy work area.
Required profile
- Good level of fitness and ability to lift heavy loads.
- Own safety boots.
- Reliability and availability to start at 6:00 am on the assigned day.
- Willingness to perform physical work for a single‑day assignment.
