Operational Marketing Assistant Placement (12 months)

About the role

Join a dynamic 10‑person Marketing team at Airbus Defence and Space, where you will help create immersive experiences that showcase cutting‑edge space and defence innovations. The 12‑month placement offers hands‑on experience in producing marketing materials, supporting events, and managing website content.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update marketing assets such as videos, brochures and visuals in collaboration with external agencies.
• Design promotional items and assist with event organisation and logistics.
• Write English articles, applying keyword optimisation for Google SEO.
• Optimise visual content to increase engagement and attractiveness.
• Contribute to lead management and maintain up‑to‑date website content.

Required profile

• Undergraduate studying Business with a major in Marketing, remaining enrolled for the full placement duration.
• Interest in space technology, defence or related subjects.
• Curiosity, creativity and strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to undergo a BPSS security check and potentially UK SC‑level clearance.
