About the role

Join a prestigious London‑based hedge fund as an Operations Analyst. You will support the full trade life‑cycle, manage prime broker relationships and drive key operational projects, while gaining exposure to clearing, collateral management and technology tools.

Key responsibilities

• Handle clearing and collateral management for the fund's trading activities.
• Maintain and develop relationships with prime brokers.
• Oversee trade life‑cycle processes from execution to settlement.
• Lead and deliver process‑improvement projects (30‑40% of time).
• Build, run and manage operational infrastructure for the London business.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in operations, finance or related fields.
• Junior‑level candidate with a strong desire for autonomy and responsibility.
• Ability to work independently on complex operational projects.
