Operations & Commercial Team Leader – Automotive

About the role

LSH Auto is seeking an experienced Operations and Commercial Team Leader to join its Mercedes‑Benz dealership. You will be responsible for overseeing daily commercial and operational activities, driving profitability, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operations and commercial teams to deliver excellence in service and performance.
• Oversee sales, after‑sales, and parts operations, ensuring targets are met.
• Implement operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and lead improvement initiatives.
• Support the training and development of team members.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in automotive operations (preferred but not essential).
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and drive business results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing multiple teams and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards and compliance.
• Proactive problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Valid UK driving licence.
