Operations Director - Artist Management

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead operational excellence within an established artist management division of a leading music and entertainment business. Reporting to the COO, you will design scalable operating models, improve processes, and drive technology adoption to enable artist managers to focus on delivering outstanding results for artists.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the operational strategy for the Artist Management division.
- Develop and implement scalable processes, governance structures, and reporting frameworks.
- Champion the adoption of technology, data analytics, and business systems across the division.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, Technology and other central functions to improve ways of working.
- Lead organisational change, process improvement initiatives and business transformation projects.
- Enhance operational insight through reporting, forecasting and performance metrics.
- Support organisational design, workforce planning and team development.
Required profile
- Significant experience in operational leadership, business transformation or organisational effectiveness.
- Proven track record of delivering operational improvements and driving change.
- Experience implementing technology solutions and improving business processes.
- Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and work across multiple teams.
- Background in music, entertainment, media or another creative industry is advantageous.
