Operations Executive – Asset Finance Operations

About the role

The Operations Executive will join a fast‑growing specialist lending business, supporting the administration of asset‑finance and property‑backed funding facilities. Working within a busy operations team, you will ensure drawdowns, settlements and redemptions are processed accurately and efficiently throughout the facility lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process drawdown requests against approved facilities.
• Authorise payouts within delegated authority levels.
• Monitor facility utilisation and flag potential risks or exceptions.
• Manage ongoing servicing tasks such as invoicing, settlements and account maintenance.
• Take ownership of redemption and settlement processes from request to completion.
• Liaise with customers, solicitors, finance teams and third‑party stakeholders.
• Allocate payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Resolve operational queries proactively and professionally.
• Maintain customer and facility information across internal systems.
• Support continuous improvement of processes, controls and service delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in asset finance, leasing, banking, commercial lending or financial services operations.
• Strong administrative and transactional processing background.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, solution‑focused attitude.
• Experience handling client‑facing queries in a regulated environment.
