Operations Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Finance Manager to join our London team supporting Virgin Hotels Collection’s portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts. Reporting to the Director of Operations Finance, you will provide high‑quality reporting, analysis and financial oversight across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver portfolio financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Analyse variances and provide management information to support decision‑making.
• Identify and implement process improvements for finance workflows and reporting templates.
• Oversee finance systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient operation.
• Collaborate with central teams and property finance partners to drive financial performance.

Required profile

• Relevant professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) – preferred.
• Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including financial modelling, report automation and large‑data manipulation.
• Proficiency with finance systems and the ability to improve finance process workflows.
