About the role
We are seeking an Operations Manager to own and optimise operational processes across our insurance business. This senior position will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to drive efficiency, ensure compliance and embed best practices throughout the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Review, redesign and continuously improve operational workflows to resolve recurring issues.
- Lead the effective use and maintenance of the Acturis system, ensuring full utilisation.
- Monitor task manager and renewal sheets to maintain consistency and operational efficiency.
- Guarantee adherence to FCS Regulations and internal quality standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational initiatives with overall business objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in operations management within insurance or financial services.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
- Ability to communicate process changes clearly and drive adoption.
