Operations Manager – London Tourist Attraction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day delivery of a high‑profile London attraction that combines transport, tourism and entertainment. You will be responsible for ensuring safety, performance and commercial success while overseeing a team of around 55 staff members.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Lead, coach and develop a diverse team, fostering an inclusive workplace.
• Produce operational reports, manage KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Take ownership of budget management, delivering value and controlling costs.
• Implement service‑improvement initiatives to maintain exceptional customer experience.
• Support the General Manager in emergency procedures and risk‑management activities.

Required profile

• Previous senior‑level experience in a visitor attraction or customer‑focused business.
• Strong leadership, emotional intelligence and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
• Analytical mindset with solid numeracy and data‑interpretation capabilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to fast‑paced operational changes.
