Operations Store Leader – Flagship Retail Store

About the role

SKIMS is seeking an Operations Store Leader for its flagship Regent Street location in London. You will partner closely with the Store Director to translate retail strategy into strong in‑store execution, ensuring operational excellence and an elevated customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily store operations with a focus on consistent process execution and operational excellence.
• Oversee back‑of‑house functions including shipments, inventory accuracy, and stockroom organization.
• Manage replenishment, size integrity, product availability, damage processing and returns.
• Maintain store supplies, equipment and technology while ensuring compliance with safety and loss‑prevention protocols.
• Provide floor leadership during peak hours, model customer‑focused service and coach the team on visual standards and product placement.
• Utilise reporting tools and data to support inventory accuracy and KPI performance.
• Partner with Store Leader and HQ teams to share insights on product flow and customer feedback.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in retail leadership or operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, shipment handling and operational processes.
• Customer‑service mindset with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent communication, team‑leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical ability to stand, move throughout the store and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime.
