About the role

As a Seasonal Team Member on Regent Street you will help deliver an exceptional store experience during the busiest time of the year. You will work in a fast‑paced retail environment, providing warm, personalized service to every customer and supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage every customer with warmth, authenticity and a customer‑obsessed mindset.
• Learn product stories, sizing and fit to confidently advise shoppers and build trust.
• Maintain a premium brand feel through refined selling behaviours and professional tone.
• Keep the sales floor stocked, clean and organized during peak periods.
• Process POS and MPOS transactions accurately while delivering an elevated checkout experience.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
• Previous experience in retail, sales or a service‑oriented role.
• Enthusiastic about the brand, passionate about helping others and able to work flexible weekend, weekday and holiday shifts.
