Operations Support & Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Support & Project Manager to lead the mobilisation of new sites and provide ongoing operational support across our UK portfolio. You will work closely with design, kitchen and beverage teams to ensure new openings are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate client and internal team calls for new openings and mobilisation activities.
• Collaborate with design and operational teams on kitchen and beverage space layouts to maximise efficiency.
• Support the mobilisation of new sites across the UK, ensuring smooth hand‑over to operations.
• Provide ongoing operational support to another operations director’s region, working with regional teams.
• Inspire, mentor and develop direct reports to maintain exceptional standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Continuously develop the team through training, recognition and empowerment.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a General Manager or similar senior hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality service and innovative solutions.
