Optometrist – Full‑time position in Brighton

About the role
We are seeking a qualified Optometrist to join our Brighton store. The role involves delivering high‑quality eye examinations, providing personalized advice, and supporting the overall eye‑care service in a busy retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and assess visual needs.
- Prescribe corrective lenses and recommend appropriate eyewear.
- Utilise advanced diagnostic equipment, including OCT, to detect ocular conditions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with GOC standards.
- Collaborate with opticians and technicians to deliver seamless service.
Required profile
- Qualified Optometrist registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).
- Strong commitment to patient care and professional development.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and provide exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest clinical technologies.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) equipment.
