About the role
Order Pickers are needed for a leading logistics operation in Banbury. The position offers immediate starts, static morning (6:00‑14:00) or afternoon (14:00‑22:00) shifts with no rotation, providing a stable daily routine. Hourly rates are £13.50 for the morning shift and £14.85 for the afternoon shift, reflecting the competitive pay offered. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Key responsibilities
- Pick orders accurately using handheld scanners
- Work efficiently to achieve daily targets
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
