Order to Cash Process Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Order to Cash Process Team Lead to join a respected organisation in Central London. The role will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the end‑to‑end OTC cycle, working closely with finance, sales, customer service and IT to ensure seamless financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full Order to Cash cycle, managing process design, implementation, monitoring and improvement across business units.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, customer service and IT to integrate OTC processes and systems.
• Analyse current workflows, gather stakeholder feedback and recommend optimisation solutions.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to promote best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Develop and maintain documentation for OTC policies, procedures, controls and compliance requirements.
• Monitor KPIs related to cash flow, billing accuracy, collections and customer satisfaction, using insights for targeted improvements.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise for system upgrades or new technology implementations and support testing phases.
• Act as primary contact for complex invoicing, credit, dispute and reconciliation issues.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure internal and external regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end Order to Cash processes within a large or complex organisation.
