Out of Home New Business Development Manager – Horeca (North)

About the role

We are expanding our Out‑of‑Home (OOH) team and are looking for a New Business Development Manager to drive growth in the HORECA sector across the North of the UK. This permanent, field‑based role reports to the OOH Sales Manager and offers a competitive base salary with commission.

Key responsibilities

• Pursue and secure new HORECA and hospitality clients, driving the company’s growth strategy.
• Increase brand visibility through strategic customer acquisition, contract negotiation and optimal machine placement.
• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to cross‑sell, upsell and enhance loyalty.
• Generate a robust pipeline of opportunities via cold calling, networking, events and industry fairs.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of the out‑of‑home market, especially leisure and hospitality.
• Proven track record in results‑oriented B2B sales and new‑business development.
• Experience building and maintaining strong business partnerships.
• Commitment to excellent customer support and account management.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Consultative, solution‑selling approach with a winning mentality.
