Out of Home New Business Development Manager – Horeca (South East)

About the role

We are expanding our Out‑of‑Home team and are looking for New Business Development Managers to grow the Nespresso Professional brand in the HORECA sector across the South‑East. This permanent, field‑based role reports to the OOH Sales Manager and offers a base salary up to £40,000 plus commission.

Key responsibilities

• Pursue and secure new HORECA and hospitality clients within targeted groups.
• Maximise brand visibility through strategic customer acquisition, contracts and machine placements.
• Forge and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to cross‑sell, upsell and boost loyalty.
• Build a robust pipeline via cold calling, networking, events and industry fairs.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of the out‑of‑home market, especially leisure and hospitality.
• Proven track record in results‑oriented B2B sales and new business development.
• Strong consultative and solution‑selling abilities.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel; car provided.
• Ability to work autonomously with a winning, can‑do mentality.
