P2P Administrator – Remote 6‑Month Contract

About the role

We are seeking a proactive P2P Administrator to join a large Birmingham‑based organisation on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while supporting the finance and supply‑chain teams with invoice processing and commercial finance tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Process subcontractor and vendor invoices, verifying correct application of agreed rates.
• Maintain and follow core contract commercial and finance processes, controls, and documentation.
• Liaise with subject‑matter experts and the supply‑chain function to resolve queries.
• Provide ad‑hoc P2P support as required by the business.
• Answer internal and vendor queries efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain electronic filing systems and perform periodic archiving.
• Offer administrative assistance to the line manager as needed.

Required profile

• Self‑driven, proactive and able to start as soon as possible.
• Good understanding of Excel, including VLOOKUP functions.
• Familiarity with SAP is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
