Paid Media Account Manager – London (Hybrid)

About the role

This is a hybrid, full‑time position based in London where you will own client relationships and drive paid‑media strategy across a portfolio of digital accounts. You will balance strategic thinking, performance delivery and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients.
• Lead the creation and execution of paid‑media campaign strategies.
• Provide clear performance reporting, insights and recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities and upsell within existing accounts.
• Support new‑business pitches and proposals.
• Mentor and manage junior team members.

Required profile

• Solid experience in paid media or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver results.
• Strategic mindset with a commercial focus.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.
• Comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders and priorities.
