Paid Media Manager

About the role

Education Cubed is looking for a passionate Paid Media Manager to lead and optimise paid campaigns for higher‑education clients. You will work in a fast‑growing, award‑winning agency and help shape the future of student recruitment marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok.
• Lead client calls, present strategies, results and innovative ideas.
• Monitor, optimise and analyse campaigns, delivering actionable recommendations.
• Support and mentor Paid Media Executives and Senior Executives.
• Develop expertise in a specific channel and liaise with platform representatives.
• Implement conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager and configure GA4 accounts.
• Champion innovative strategies and contribute to new‑business pitches.
• Participate in internal team and company‑wide meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid search on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Hands‑on experience with paid social on Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok.
• Data‑driven analytical mindset with a track record of meeting KPIs.
• Strong communication skills for client presentations.
• High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
• Enthusiasm for learning new platforms and mentoring teammates.
